The 1200 wide blade platypus with a 250mm cut out provides a fast and efficient method to clear ballast away from both sides of the rail with one pass.

With the inclusion of the clip pusher and grab this platypus will ensure the most efficent method for the side insertion of sleepers.

Note: It is recommended that the Platypus attachment be used with a tilt rotating head and with a minimum 12 ton excavator fitted with overcentre lock out valves on all boom cylinders.
